Can I personalise a gift with my pet's name or photo?
Personalized ornaments will be available only on our Etsy shop once it opens (coming soon). Products on our Shopify store are sold as shown on each product page.
Are these products safe for my pet to wear or use?
Follow the sizing, materials and supervision guidance on each product page. Pet items should be used as directed there.
How long will a pet gift take to arrive?
Items are made to order: production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. We ship within the US. See the Shipping policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
If it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. See Returns & Damages.
Can I return or exchange a pet gift?
Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are replaced or refunded if you contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Damages.
